I am excited to announce that, as of July 31, 2026, SASA Consulting has joined Tuple Tech.
This is an important milestone for both organizations — and another deliberate step in Tuple's strategy to build a broader, stronger, and more capable technology company.
SASA brings a talented team, strong customer relationships, recurring managed services, cybersecurity experience, and a reputation for responsive, hands-on support. Tuple brings an expanding platform of cloud infrastructure, managed IT, software engineering, cybersecurity, automation, data, and artificial intelligence capabilities.
Together, we are building an organization that can remain close to its customers while providing the technology depth, engineering resources, and scale businesses increasingly need.
About SASA Consulting
Founded in 2016 and based in Vestal, New York, SASA Consulting has grown into a trusted managed technology services provider serving small and midsize organizations across multiple industries.
The SASA team supports clients through managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, hosting, network security, backup, disaster recovery, compliance, and technology projects. The company has built its reputation around personal service, rapid response, practical guidance, and a deep understanding of each customer's operating environment.
Those values align closely with Tuple's client-first approach.
Continuity Comes First
For SASA customers, the most important part of this transition is what is not changing.
Customers will continue working with the SASA professionals who already understand their businesses, systems, employees, and technology environments. Existing support channels, SASA email addresses, and customer-facing relationships will remain in place during the integration.
William Safarik will continue operating SASA and leading the integration over the next several months, working closely with me and the broader Tuple team to ensure a smooth transition.
Our priorities are clear:
- No gaps in customer support
- No disruption to day-to-day operations
- Continued protection of customer systems and data
- Clear communication throughout the transition
- A thoughtful and gradual integration of teams and technology
Customers should expect continuity first, followed by additional capabilities and resources over time.
Why SASA and Tuple Are Stronger Together
SASA has built strong relationships by being accessible, responsive, and deeply involved in the technology environments it manages.
Tuple has continued to invest in engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, automation, data platforms, and AI-driven operations.
Bringing these strengths together creates several immediate and long-term advantages.
A Broader Engineering Team
SASA employees will be able to collaborate with Tuple engineers, cloud architects, software developers, cybersecurity professionals, automation specialists, and technical support teams. That broader bench allows us to bring additional expertise to complex projects without losing the personal service customers value.
Expanded Cybersecurity Capabilities
Cybersecurity is no longer a separate technology project. It is part of every system, application, cloud environment, employee workflow, and business process. The combined team will help customers strengthen identity protection, endpoint security, monitoring, compliance, backup, incident response, security awareness, and long-term risk management.
Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automation
Customers increasingly need systems that are secure, scalable, integrated, and easier to operate. Tuple's experience across cloud infrastructure, AWS, Microsoft Azure, application development, automation, and multi-cloud operations complements SASA's managed IT and client support capabilities.
Software, Data, and Artificial Intelligence
Many technology providers stop at infrastructure and support. Tuple is building beyond that traditional model. Our software engineering, data, automation, and AI capabilities allow us to help customers address operational challenges that cannot be solved through hardware, licensing, or help-desk support alone.
A Deliberate Growth Strategy
Tuple was founded in 2007 with an engineering-led approach to technology services. Since then, we have grown organically while also selectively bringing together businesses and technologies that strengthen our platform.
In 2024, Tuple expanded through the addition of DigitalWrench, iQmedia Technology Group, and Innovative Micro Technologies. Those combinations increased our presence in managed IT, private cloud, infrastructure, and regional customer support.
Each business brought something distinct: established customer relationships, experienced technical professionals, specialized infrastructure and cloud capabilities, regional market expertise, recurring managed services, and knowledge built through years of supporting real operating environments.
SASA represents the next stage of that strategy.
We are not acquiring companies simply to become larger. We are bringing together complementary teams, technologies, customers, and operating experience to build a more complete technology organization.
The objective is to create a company capable of supporting the entire technology lifecycle — from day-to-day user support and cybersecurity to cloud architecture, software development, automation, data, and AI.
Building a Technology Company for What Comes Next
Small and midsize businesses face many of the same technology challenges as large enterprises, but they rarely have the internal resources to manage them all.
- Reliable day-to-day support
- Strong cybersecurity
- Cloud and infrastructure expertise
- Business continuity and disaster recovery
- Compliance guidance
- Software integration
- Process automation
- Better use of operational data
- Practical adoption of artificial intelligence
No single technician, tool, or narrowly focused provider can address all those needs effectively.
Tuple is building a platform that combines the responsiveness of a trusted local IT provider with the technical depth of a broader engineering and technology organization.
What This Means for Our Clients
For existing SASA customers, the immediate focus is continuity. Over time, customers will gain access to a broader range of capabilities without having to abandon the relationships and support processes they already trust.
For existing Tuple customers, the addition of SASA expands our managed services team, regional reach, customer experience, and ability to support a growing number of organizations.
For our employees, the combination creates new opportunities to collaborate, learn, pursue certifications, work across different technologies, and develop into larger technical and leadership roles.
For both companies, it creates a stronger foundation for continued investment and innovation.
Looking Ahead
The most successful integrations are not rushed. They are built carefully around employees, customers, communication, security, and operational continuity.
During the coming months, Will and the SASA team will work closely with Tuple to integrate selected systems, processes, tools, and knowledge bases. We will preserve what is working well, improve areas where the combined organization can operate more effectively, and introduce new capabilities thoughtfully.
SASA joining Tuple represents more than an expansion of our customer base. It strengthens our people, our regional presence, our managed services operations, and our ability to help customers navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape.
We are excited to welcome Will and the entire SASA team.
Together, we are building something stronger: a technology company grounded in trusted relationships, powered by engineering, and prepared for what comes next.
"Our growth strategy is simple: preserve the trusted relationships and service that made each business successful, then surround those teams with additional engineers, technology, and resources. SASA strengthens our foundation, expands our reach, and helps us build a company capable of solving a much broader range of customer challenges."
— Vamshi Reddy, President & CEO, Tuple Tech
